What makes an interactive LED wall different from a regular video wall?
A regular video wall plays content on a loop – it gets seen, but quickly ignored. Our LED walls detect visitors via camera and AI: content reacts to movement and gestures, people control the wall themselves. That creates attention, dwell time and conversations at your booth – measurable through our analytics.
Can we rent a video wall instead of buying one?
Yes. You can rent our interactive LED video walls for a single trade fair or event – or buy them for permanent installations in showrooms and retail. Rental includes delivery, setup, dismantling and technical support; size and format are planned to fit your space. If you want to rent a video wall that does more than play a loop, tell us your date and space: availability and quote within 48 hours.
What exactly do we get – hardware, software or both?
Both – and you decide how much of it you need. Our steles and smart mirrors arrive as ready-to-run units, for rent or purchase. If you already have screens, kiosks or built-in displays, the Sensape Recognition Box is enough: a compact plug-and-play module with AI camera and processor that turns a standard screen into an interactive installation. And for campaigns without on-site hardware, we deliver the experience as WebAR straight to your visitors' smartphones.
What does an activation cost?
Simple campaigns based on our ready-made templates start at around €5,000. The range extends into six figures for custom-built experiences with multiple systems and worldwide rollout. The three levers are the number of systems, rental duration and degree of customization. The biggest way to save is the delivery model: we provide full service, or you or your agency partner supply the graphics and we integrate them. Tell us your event date and scope – the quote arrives within 48 hours.
How much lead time do we need?
We adapt and deliver ready-to-go packages within 4 to 6 weeks. For custom-built installations, get in touch earlier – then we fit into your event timeline instead of the other way around. If it's tight, tell us the date anyway: we'll tell you honestly what's feasible.
How does working with us as an agency work?
We are a technology platform, not a competing creative agency – and we've worked closely with agencies and event partners for years. Your client relationship is protected: on request we step fully into the background and deliver white-label, so the activation appears as your work to the end client. You can handle concept and graphics yourself and we integrate them – or we deliver full service from consulting to rollout. You decide where to put your resources.
Can the experiences be adapted to our clients' brand guidelines?
Completely. Once campaign goals and brand guidelines are in place – logos, fonts, colors, assets – our design and development teams handle everything: custom 3D modeling, bespoke user interfaces, fully custom installation design. How deep the customization goes is a budget question, not a technical limit.
What about data protection and GDPR?
Recognition runs locally on the device – image data never leaves the installation for analysis, and no permanent personal data is created. Consent, storage and deletion periods are configured per project to your requirements; on request the activation runs entirely without people recognition, using touch and movement only. DPA and TOM list come with the quote – and if your legal team has questions, we're directly available.
What data and reporting do we get after the campaign?
Every activation comes with a standard set of KPIs – interactions, dwell time, delivered photos and videos, shares via the microsite – and we walk through it with you on request. Beyond that, custom analytics concepts are possible: we've built activations that survey a community's knowledge or collect product feedback directly at the point of sale. If you have a specific insight goal, we design the mechanics around it.
Can we use the system for lead generation?
Yes, that's what it's built for. Data can be captured directly at the display or via WebAR on visitors' smartphones – with modules for newsletter sign-up, prize draws, digital vouchers or delivery of the branded photo by email. The incentive is built in: people gladly leave their address to get their photo. At Aldi Süd, exactly this mechanic measurably generated applicant contacts at recruiting fairs.
